3 ways to do denim

Cool looks for little ones that go way beyond basic jeans

This summer, forget their everyday jeans because denim just got seriously cool. From ombre shorts to embroidered jackets and patched turn-ups, these are the pieces we’re championing for the school holidays.

Which little girl wouldn’t fall in love with this totally trendy double denim look? Teamed with a striped tee, white sandals and pink cat-eye shades, we’re rather jealous they don’t come in adult size too.

And for those too-cool-for-school boys, a pair of badge denim shorts will do the trick. Try with a pink skateboard graphic tee and some white sneakers for an outfit that will work anywhere from the beach to the local rec.

Tu clothing, summer, childrenswear, denim, blue fit and flare dress

Introducing her new favourite dress. With its belted fit-and-flare shape, ruffled collar and faded finish, this version can be dressed up or down with a few clever accessory swaps. For outdoor adventures, just add her favourite character wellies or swap in a pair of strappy sandals and a metallic cross-body bag for easy birthday party style.
