Not Another Mummy does Camp Bestival

Fashion blogger Alison Perry shows us how to do festival dressing with Tu

Festival season: it’s here and it’s in full swing. And this year, whether you’re headed to a music concert, foodie festival or the local country show, we’re pretty certain unpredictable weather and lots of mud are on the cards. Still, there’s nothing’s to say you can’t look good when you’re braving the elements in a soggy field… here’s some easy outfit inspiration courtesy of Not Another Mummy’s Alison Perry.

Indigo jeans – they’re a festival fashion staple – all you need is a couple of great-fitting pairs and a handful of cool tops for endless outfit options. We love Alison’s pale blue skinnies and gingham blouse pairing at the top, which gives a super-fresh take on classic styling. Or if a casual look is more your thing, why not opt for Tu’s sunshine yellow vest instead? Finish off with a pair of trustee wellies, your festival hero.

If we had to name only two festival essentials we can’t live without, we’d definitely pick a statement raincoat and pair of match-with-everything wellies. Master co-ordinated style to a tee by trying Tu’s striped boots and canary yellow coat together. Make like Alison and wear with a Breton stripe tee and navy jeans. Matchy-matchy outfit, check.
