The summer workwear edit
Some easy wins to dialling up your office style
It’s summer. Your office look needn’t be all black and navy. Why not have some fun with clashing prints, personality accessories and a bold colour palette?
We’re tired of tan accessories. Instead, dusty grey is officially our new favourite neutral. Why? Because it matches absolutely everything (and we mean everything) but also looks great with summery shades – think pastels, brights and this season’s trend for all things yellow. Try it yourself with a structured tote: big enough for holding all your stuff. Lunch, notepad, sun cream and all.
This summer, stripes are in. Big time. Criss-crossed on dresses, big and bold on suiting or washed out on shirts… this is workwear, reimagined. Dip your toe in the trend with micro pinstripes or max out with vibrant horizontal stripes – the perfect partner to block colours from the same palette.
We’re not going to argue with the crisp white shirt. It’s an office staple that always looks right. But instead of your basic white one, we’re breathing summer vibes into this office classic with floral embroidery, cropped sleeves and an oversized cut that’ll see you through this heatwave nicely.
Whether your go-to work look is a LBD or jeans and a tee, the easiest way to refresh your 9-5 style is with a pair of personality shoes. This year, the kitten heel made a mega comeback and our feet couldn’t be happier (see you later sky-high stilettos). Take your pick between denim, scarlet or clean white. We’re taking all three.
