London, 8 November – Feb 2018

One for the fashionistas in the family, this month will see Somerset House open its doors to the much-anticipated exhibition, North: Fashioning Identity. Showcasing works from a host of renowned designers (Paul Smith, Gareth Pugh and Corinne Day to name a few), the exhibition explores the themes and tropes we see in visions of northern England – from fashion and contemporary photography to multimedia experiences – and takes a look at why the region continues to be such a style inspiration.
